This cheese is produced at our new factory in Mortlake, Victoria. Made with rich creamy milk from our farmers in Western Victoria this cheese is moderately salted and moist with a creamy texture. With its high melting point it is delicious grilled on a frypan with olive oil and a squeeze of lemon on top
