Lotus Organic Cassava Flour is gluten, grain and nut-free. It is high in carbohydrates and the most similar to wheat flour. Cassava flour is obtained from the root of the cassava plant, which is crushed, pressed, dried and milled to a fine flour.
Use is baked goods such as biscuits and cakes and as a thickener in soups and sauces.
