Lotus Lupin Flour is milled from Australian grown lupin. It is high in protein and low in fat and is gluten and wheat free. A great alternative to soya beans, use in cakes, dip, protein balls, falafels and salads.

Lotus Lupin Flour is ground from Australian Sweet Lupins (L. angustifolius), it lack any bitter taste and does not need any 'debittering'.
