Healthier Vegan Banana Split

Ideal for breakfast and fully adaptable to whatever fruit may be in season. This particular version has:

    1. Take the banana and split most of the way down the centre. Gently prise open.

    2. Place yogurt along the centre of the banana.

    3. Top with your chosen chopped fresh fruit, nuts, Buckinis, and caramel sauce. Garnish with a sprig of chocolate (or normal) mint.
