Fruit Nachos

An easy and refreshing breakfast or lunch. The salsa can made using whatever favourite fruit is in season and you can top with anything you fancy.

    1. Mix the finely chopped fruit together to make a fresh fruit salsa. Set aside.

    2. Blend a couple of medjool dates with a handful of cashews and enough water to make a caramel sauce consistency. Set aside. 

    3. Arrange the apple slices around the edge of a plate.

    4. Place the fruit salsa in the middle of the apple slices.

    5. Place a dollop of Coyo Yoghurt on top of the salsa.

    6. Drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with Chocolate Buckinis and chocolate mint.
