Fried Rice with Cashews

Ingredients:


1. Cook rice as per packet instructions.

2. While the rice is cooking, whisk the easy egg with water, yeast flakes and black salt. Scramble in fry pan until cooked through. Set aside.

3. Cook veggies in microwave (or steam) as per packet instructions.

4. Cook tofu bacon in a little oil. Break up into small pieces and set aside.

5. Whisk coconut aminos, Braggs aminos, garlic powder, onion powder and ginger together.

6. When the rice is cooked, toss everything together in a fry pan until heated through. Adjust seasonings if required.

Serve.
