Air Fryer Nachos
Ingredients:

Mountain Wholefoods Organic Corn Chips
- Black beans
- corn kernels
- sliced olives
- vegan (or regular) grated cheese
Your choice of toppings, such as:
- tomato salsa

guacamole
- vegan (or regular) sour cream
- olives
- jalapeños
- avocado
- sliced green onions
In a small tin that fits in your air fryer place:
- a layer of corn chips
- Sprinkled with black beans, olives, corn and vegan cheese.
- Another layer of corn chips
- Sprinkle with more beans, corn and olives.
- Coat in vegan cheese.
Place in the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes in the air fryer at 200°C
Serve topped with salsa, guacamole, vegan sour cream, sliced spring (green) onions, jalapeños, olives, avocado or whatever you choose.
