Air Fryer Nachos


  • Mountain Wholefoods Organic Corn Chips

  • Black beans
  • corn kernels 
  • sliced olives
  • vegan (or regular) grated cheese


    Your choice of toppings, such as:

    • tomato salsa
    • guacamole 

    • vegan (or regular) sour cream
    • olives
    • jalapeños 
    • avocado
    • sliced green onions 


    In a small tin that fits in your air fryer place:

    1. a layer of corn chips
    2. Sprinkled with black beans, olives, corn and vegan cheese.
    3. Another layer of corn chips
    4. Sprinkle with more beans, corn and olives.
    5. Coat in vegan cheese.

    Place in the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes in the air fryer at 200°C

    Serve topped with salsa, guacamole, vegan sour cream, sliced spring (green) onions, jalapeños, olives, avocado or whatever you choose.
